We ship worldwide (except Australia and Canada). We ship out orders every business day, and we´ll dispatch your order the same day if the order has been completed and paid for before 12.30pm GMT+1. As a customer, please check the legality of the product in your country and customs rules before ordering.

SARMs are considered to be “research material”. This means that it is available to be bought and sold in most countries,
provided as Not for Human Consumption.
If you live in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or Europe you’ll most likely be able to purchase SARMs online without any issue. However, please note that we are physically not able to follow all laws and regulations of all countries in the world, therefore we encourage you to check the legality of the product in your specific country and customs rules before ordering.
We are not responsible for any kind of legal consequences that are a result of purchasing any of our products.
Our office is based in the Netherlands and we are available on business days between 09.00 and 17.00 GMT+1. You can reach us by filling in the Contact Form or send us an email to [email protected]. We do our best to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
The ordering process is pretty straight forward. All you need to do is:
  1. Pick a product that you would like to order
  2. Select the product form by choosing one of the available options from the dropdown on the product page
  3. Choose the amount that you would like to order by choosing one of the available options from the dropdown on the product page
  4. Add the product to your cart by clicking “Add to cart”
  5. Once all products that you would like to order are in your cart – please click on the cart icon on the upper right corner of your screen to preview or edit your order.
  6. Once done – simply click on the “Checkout” button that will take you to the checkout form. Simply fill in this form and your order is good to go!

We usually process orders right away on weekdays. Weekend orders are processed next Monday.
Please note that some payment methods may require additional processing time due to internal payment processers regulations that we can not affect. In any case, it should not take more than 2 business days!

All orders that were paid before 12:30 pm GMT+1 are shipped out the same business day. If your order comes in after that time, it will be dispatched the following business day. This rule applies to all weekdays with an exception of Dutch National Holidays. All orders paid on weekends are dispatched the following business day.

Delivery to the Netherlands usually takes up to 2 business days. Delivery to other European Union countries usually takes 2 – 4 business days. Delivery outside of the EU usually takes up to 7 business days and depends on the specific country.

Yes, we will send you an email with the tracking number that you’ll be able to use on the relevant shipping company website once your order is shipped. Please note that shipping companies may need a few hours to update their system so the tracking number usually starts showing progress later in the evening.

Depending on the country, you may be able to add insurance to your order for an additional fee.

All shipped SarmCity orders are final and non-returnable due to the nature of our products. You will have a very limited time between payment and shipment to cancel your order.
