General Shipping Information
We will process and ship your order as soon as we receive your payment. Please note that while Crypto and credit card payments are instant, Bank transfer payments may take up to 3 business days to reach our account. We may also need some time to administrate your payment so we may not be able to ship your order the same day if you pay after 1 PM. The confirmation email will be sent to you once your payment is processed.
UPS delivery takes 1-4 business days on average for most EU destinations and 2-4 business days to most worldwide destinations, POST NL Tracked delivery take around 2-8 business days for EU destinations and 4-16 business days for most worldwide destinations.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped out.
Re-shipping of lost orders
At least one reship is available for all customers, who have chosen tracked and insured shipping method (UPS shipping option). If you choose an uninsured shipping method (Post NL shipping), we will not be able to offer you a free reship.
If your package gets lost, we will re-ship your order after 14 business days for EU destinations and after 28 business days for all other destinations. The only exception for this is the “customs” type status of your package.
Customs and labelling information
It is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to find out whether the intended chemicals will successfully pass through customs in their country. Please make sure the product you choose is legal in your country before ordering it.
